The Managing Directors,  Phil & Chris Rogers (on the left) are the original owners & operators of Talyala Emu Farm which started operation in 1992 at Murray Bridge in South Australia.  Phil & Chris have extensive knowledge in all facets of Emu Farming, Emu Oil production and marketing of Emu products and have been in the Emu industry since 1992.  They were founding members of SAEFA (South Australian Emu Farmers Association) and are currently members of SAEFA and EIFA (Emu Industry Federation of Australia).  Both were on the organising committee for the 1996 World Emu Conference held in Adelaide and Talyala Emu Farm hosted the welcoming night for this conference.

The Rogers' currently reside at Keith in South Australia (just over 2 hours from Adelaide) where they manage an emu farm with approximately 1300 emus.

Phil & Chris are both members of the service club Kiwanis International, Murray Bridge Club.
